Returns policy

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Shoes should be tried on indoors on clean surfaces before deciding.

To start a return, contact the store with your order information. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and reviewed.

Final-sale or clearly marked clearance items may not be eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
